Chef/owner Kevin Grossi (late of Lola) opened the Regional in summer 2016 in Avanti Food & Beverage. The name is deceptively simple and straightforward: Grossi re-creates American classics from regions throughout the United States.

Avanti Food and Beverage is many things. It is, as it’s been billed since its opening in July 2015, a restaurant incubator, a giant warehouse of sorts that nurtures and grows cool food concepts.

 

Chef Kevin Grossi Moves From Lola to Open The Regional

After six years of work with the Big Red F Group, some at Jax in Fort Collins and some at Lola in LoHi, chef Kevin Grossi has left to open his own restaurant. The Regional will open just blocks away from Lola in July.
