The Regional has operated out of a shipping container in the Avanti Food & Beverage collective eatery at 3200 N. Pecos St. since 2016. The restaurant known for its comfort food like spicy fried chicken sandwiches and shrimp and grits will close there on July 28 when its lease expires.

After two years inside Avanti F&B in LoHi, The Regional is graduating to a brick-and-mortar location in Fort Collins. Chef Kevin Grossi’s American comfort food concept, with its fried chicken sandwiches, casseroles, and collard greens, will open at 130 South Mason Street in the fall.
